Puerto Mágina is a 3 star Rural Tourism Complex that counts with 27 rooms and a restaurant with capacity for 160 people, open every day of the year.

Our hotel offers services based on the excellence and the close and familiar relation with our clients. Our facilities offer a wide range of possibilities for your maximum comfort. Our main goal is to make our clients feel at home. Our priority is to make each stay an unforgettable experience.

In the restaurant you will taste our delicious dishes with the best products of the region; our essential ingredient is the extra virgin olive oil with registration as Sierra Mágina designation of origin.

History

The Hotel Rural Puerto Mágina opened its doors in 2004. This project started with the idea of providing to the Sierra Mágina Natural Park with quality hotel infrastructures that will allow visitors to enjoy nature with the best services.

Over these years we have host different events, from family and friends reunions to company meetings and sport events. In addition, there are numerous couples who have chosen this beautiful place to celebrate their wedding.

Puerto Mágina is located in Torres, in the heart of the Sierra Mágina Natural Park (Jaén). Place with the highest mountain peaks in the area, five of them have above 2.000m. Sierra Mágina is very close to the capital of the Jaen region.

The region is a paradise for those who love nature; it is the biggest extension of protected forest mass in Spain.

Jaen counts with various tourist attractions that make it a unique destiny:

The European region with greatest amount of castles and watchtowers.
The first olive oil producer in the world.
Úbeda and Baeza, two amazing towns declared UNESCO World Heritage.
Two of the most important battles in the Spanish history took place in Jaen: Bailén and Navas de Tolosa.
Some endangered species still live in this territory: Iberian Lynx, vulture…
